Set up & Pack up

18 February 2012: Thomas (Kellie & Brian), Coad (Melissa), Hurd, Hutchins, Isaac, Jack, Jackson, Jenner, McKenzie & Murray. 7.30am please.

25 February 2012: Monks, Banks (Ashley & Sarah), Boscoe, Bott, Foale, Harrison, Lawson, Macquarie. 7.30am please.

If for any reason you are unavailable, PLEASE organise to swap with another family. 

• Set up track finish line (Judging, gates & timers gear)
• Set up start equipment
• Put out registration & announcers tables, speakers and connect to PA system, test sound
• Set up field sites:
  • Throwing events: discus - put out metal circles for infield sites
  • Jumps: high jumps - mats, bars, etc,
  • Jump pits - dig up & rake sand thoroughly, put out mats, rakes, brooms, tapes etc
• Canteen setup & BBQ for Twilight meets
• Sun covers - marshalling area, canteen and finish line recording area
• Help in canteen during the morning whenever possible
• Pack up at end of day - please ensure you stay to assist with putting all equipment away at the end of the day
