Setup Roster

Set up First Meeting 2010/11 - 7.30am please

All Committee, but we would appreciate any assistance from the membeership for our first meet to get us up & running on time.

If for any reason you are unavailable, PLEASE organise to swap with another family. 

Set up track finish line (Judging & timers gear)

  • Set up start equipment
  • Put out speakers
  • Set up field sites:
    • Throwing events: discus - put out metal circles
    • Jumps: high jumps - mats, bars, etc,
    • Jump pits - move cover, dig up sand, put out mats, rakes, brooms, etc
  • Canteen setup & BBQ for Twilight meets
  • Sun covers - marshalling area and finish line recording area
  • Help in canteen during the morning whenever possible
  • Pack up at end of day - please ensure you stay to assist with putting all equipment away at the end of the day
